I’m always in the market for new gym clothes, because honestly it’s one of my motivators that helps me get my butt to the gym. You know what they say "look good, feel good" and whenever my gym clothes match, I feel like I’m going to have one hell of a workout! So you can imagine my excitement when I found out Gymshark was having a BLOWOUT SALE on all of their workout clothes.
A quick background on the brand, Gymshark is a UK fitness apparel company that was founded in 2012 and has used social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram to develop a cult like following over the years. I’ve seen their clothing while scrolling through the Instagram feed of some of the fitness influencers I follow. It’s wasn’t until their first ever GymShark summer sale (they usually have a Black Friday sale as well) that I decided to bite and give the brand a try. So obviously with their great marketing and sale prices they were able to sucker me in into buying a few items. I decided to watch some YouTube videos in-order to narrow down which styles I wanted to buy. This sale felt like an arena in Hunger Games, within less than 15 minutes, three of the seven items in my cart were sold out by the time I was ready to purchase. So, I would advise to make a list of what workout clothes you might want to buy so that you spend less time browsing through all the sites pages. I paid for the remaining items in my cart and patiently waited for my order to ship from "across the pond".
The order arrived within a week, much quicker than the two weeks they suggested my package would arrive in. The packaging was well put together and each gym outfit came neatly folded in its own individual packaging.
After wearing the outfits for a few of my workouts, I wanted to give my personal review. For reference I’m 5”6, 190 lbs, and I’m usually a size 8 in Lululemon and I purchased a large for all of the Gymshark items.

Are the leggings true to size? Yes. I’m typically on the fence between M or L but this pair fits great and they feel great! I do think that I could have sized down to a medium just to have a tighter grip around the waist. There is a bit of fabric around the ankles so if you are tall this may be a good thing.
Are the legging flexible? YES YES YES. The asymmetric leggings are designed to compress around the shape of your legs providing a truly form fitting feel. Unlike other leggings in my closet, these ones don't move when doing exercises like squats or box jumps.
Are they durable? I have washed my workout clothes a few times and they still fit me like they did when I first bought them and have also maintained their original color.
Does the sport bra feel secure? Whether it was doing HIIT or strength workouts, I always felt like the bra was providing enough support and kept the "ladies" nice and secure even when I jumped.
Overall: 9/10 – I LOVE Gymshark's Asymmetric color scheme, making for a really cute outfit that is comfortable enough to be worn in or out of the gym. My only small complaint is that material conforms to your body so well that it can be a bit of a struggle to put the leggings on. Other than that, I love the way they make me look and feel and have become a workout favorite for me!

Are the leggings true to size? Yes these are one of the few pairs of leggings that I've ordered online that have fit me correctly. My only issue with them is the way the material droops in the crouch area.
Are they flexible? The leggings are very flexible. The cotton like material that it is made from is very stretchy as well as breathable! Although most high waisted leggings can shift during a workout, the Fleur leggings stay in place no matter the workout.
Are they durable? I have put them through multiple washes and it still feels like new.
Does the sport bra feel secure? Yes! I've worn them to a few spin classes and can say I felt secure during the entire class.
Overall: 9/10 – Minus the droopy crouch (it possibly might mean I just need to go down a size), I really enjoy the Fleur collection. It's not only good for the gym but I've found it very comfortable for lounging around and running errands. I hope they expand this collection in the future and offer a variety of colors.
